Please see the published agenda for details on the location of the meeting and how members of the public may attend.   In all cases, the meeting will be streamed, presently via Skype – the link to join the meeting is https://join.skype.com/dVlA40MXxtyu

The meeting will commence at 7 pm with members of the public being allowed to speak within an initial fifteen-minute period; individual members of the public will be invited to speak for no more than three minutes on one item with no duplicated topics unless with a different view point.
