Refurbishment of Public Benches

The Community Council are seeking quotes for the proposed refurbishment of the village benches. Any contractor who wishes to submit a tender must do so no later than 5pm on Thursday, 9th April 2026

Details of the required work and the tendering process are contained within the attached document:

Should any initial questions arise, these must be presented to the Clerk no later than 12 noon on Tuesday, 7th April – any questions submitted after this date will not be answered.

The next meeting of the Community Council will be held both in person at Trefriw Village Hall and online on Tuesday 16th June 2026, commencing at 7:00 pm, with the agenda confirming the business to be transacted being published here no later than Thursday, 10th June.

Trefriw Community Council needs you!

One Councillor Vacancy 

The Community Councillors are unpaid and give up their time voluntarily; when we have the full complement of members there are nine Councillors.  Seven members represent the Trefriw ward and two represent the Llanrhychwyn ward.

There is currently one vacancy on Trefriw Community Council for the Trefriw ward

If you live in the Trefriw or Llanrhychwyn wards and would be willing to be considered for co-option onto the Community Council, please contact the Clerk or one of the current Councillors for more information and an application form.
