Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn adolygu ei Bolisi Cludiant Cartref i’r Ysgol gan gymryd i ystyriaeth y Mesur Dysgwyr yn Teithio (Cymru) 2008 ac yn dymuno ymgynghori ar rai agweddau ar ddarpariaeth disgresiwn. Mae cludiant ôl 16 yn wasanaeth yn ôl disgresiwn sy’n golygu nad oes raid i ni ddarparu’r gwasanaeth yn ôl y gyfraith.

Conwy County Borough Council is reviewing its Home to School Transport Policy taking into account the Learner Travel (Wales) Measure 2008 and wishes to consult on some aspects of discretionary provision. Post 16 transport is a discretionary service meaning that we are not required to provide the service be law.
